so I'm currently using jungle mix and cocosoft in my red foot enclosure. With sphagnum moss spread out throughout the cage.

Do you recommend for when I spray the cage to help with humidity, that i just put moss on ONE side of the cage, and spray that? Or keep it everywhere and spray it. I'm worried it might be too wet

To raise humidity you need to tip water into the substrate and give it a good mix so it's damp but not wet.

Misting helps, but if the substrate is dry then it will be almost completely ineffective

What are the temps in your enclosure? You want to make sure the enclosure is not wet and cold.
Please post pictures of your set up.
