My fogger broke so I'm looking to upgrade to a misting/rain system. Any recommendations?
I actually have a closed chamber enclosure, the substitute will dry out a lot and I have a lot of plants growing so I figured I could add a rain system as I have to mist it down every so often to keep everything nice and hydratedI reccomend not using a misting system indoors.
A CLOSED CHAMBER enclosure does a better job of maintaining humidity.
However, there is no substitute for a genuine MIST KING system for other animals like old world Chameleons
I pour some water into the corners of the enclosure.I actually have a closed chamber enclosure, the substitute will dry out a lot and I have a lot of plants growing so I figured I could add a rain system as I have to mist it down every so often to keep everything nice and hydrated
We bought a Mist King Starter System for our chameleon enclosure. It's programmable and works quite nicely. I may get another for my tortoise enclosure - I don't share the objections to using one for that purpose. Right now, I'm using the "brute force" method of misting. I got this from Home Despot for $10 and I like it a lot. Sure beats squeezing a sprayer trigger over and over and over!I actually have a closed chamber enclosure, the substitute will dry out a lot and I have a lot of plants growing so I figured I could add a rain system as I have to mist it down every so often to keep everything nice and hydrated
