Now I keep three Hermann's tortoises.So I pay attention to the food of tortoises.In internet,a torotises keeper recommend Mazuri extremely.He said Mazuri was named compulsory for the food of tortoises in the zoos and multiplying farm of USA.So I want to make sure is it really?Dose the Unite states really have a law which rule that some zoos and moltiplying farm must use Mazuri to keep tortoises?Thank you very much!

I never heard of a law, and i would bet there isn't one. It is a good food and they make it for just about every animal that you would see in a zoo.
No there is no law saying what Zoos must feed their tortoises.
It is a good food, and many people like to feed it in some capacity. I like to feed it around twice a week to all of mine.

Wow! No. Misinformation. No, absolutely no such law. The US government would NEVER give a monopoly to one company like that or require keepers to feed an animal species one specific brand of food. It stands against the fundamentals of our capitalist system.
Use your common sense to feed your animals a well-balanced diet. If Mazuri works for you, so be it, if not, thats okay too.
