Pyramiding in a 8 Month Old Sulcata?

Should I be worried about the protruding line that goes down her back? She's had it since we got her in December and I never thought of it as a big concern, I always just considered it like a 'birth mark'.

How are you housing them? Tell us about the lighting, heating and substrate. It looked like sand in one picture you posted. Good looking Sully though.
