Possible shell rot?

This is my female russian I got her about a week ago she was a bit shy at first but has recently started eating well. My question is this is the white spot on her shell a sign of shell rot or anything to worry about?

Is your tort around any animals or dogs? Has he fell or been dropped lately?

Looks like he just has normal flaking of the shell from age.

Noo she had the spot when I got her I assumed from either incorrect housing or as said just age
