Possible respitory infection

My box turtle when ever she pulls her head in fast it makes a hissing noise also when she soaks there are some bubble that float up periodically should i be worried please help

Tortoises and turtles do make kinda hissing noise when the pull their heads in fast. As for the occasional bubbles in the soak. I wouldn't worry about that either. Just keep a close eye on it and make sure there is no discharge or bubbles coming from the nose when he's not in the soak.

I agree. Just keep an eye on him when he's not in his soaks. Also, with respitory problems, usually changes in eating, activity, and pooping/peeing are noticeable. I think your turtle is fine.

She is slowed down and hasn't eaten since November because of low temps so it will be hard to tell
