Box turtle making weird noises

I need help I think my box turtle may have a little trouble breathing she opens her mouth and makes a noise I don't know why this is happening I was spraying her enclourse earlier today and she got in the way and got a little water sprayed onto her head any suggestions?

Sounds like a respiratory infection. Turtles don't breathe through their mouth, so if the nares is plugged, they just don't breathe until they absolutely have to, then they gasp in a big breath through the mouth.

Spraying water on a box turtle's head is not harmful in the least.
