Pink pimple on the face near the nose

My torotoise has a pink pimple on the face near the nose. Could anyone please suggest if I could apply any anti-bacterial cream? And the reason for this pimple as well, please ? Thanks!

Tortoises don't get pimples. It is likely an abscess and will need to be treated by a qualified reptile vet.
