Obese Red Eared Slider Cheeks!!

Hey guys. I got my turtle, Bernard, about 4 years ago and he's had obese cheeks since. I never really noticed because it just started to get big again. I put a picture. Bernard is the biggest one near the middle. Anyway, can anyone give me some advice of what to do and why it is doing that? Thanks.

I can't see anything relevant in that photo, but are you saying your turtle has ear abscesses?

If you look at the far side of the turtle's head, you can see it. I have no idea what that is so I don't know if that's what I'm saying.
