After asking for opinions of the gender of our juvenile decided to buy new babies. Bought all 3 as incubated for possible females at a definite 89F.

Quick bath, photocall then settled into new home. Only 3 months old and they looked great. Also nice pale beige but look darker in the pictures.

Thats me sorted for a Xmas present!

Very nice! May I ask a question? Are you keeping them in the critter cage below? It really won't hold the humidity you to grow them up smoothely:(... if so, foil or towel might work a little better for moisture :)

Sorry folks but you're all correct as seems the excitement of getting them addled my brain!!! Appears I can't count past 3:oops:
They're actually 4 months as I checked they were hatched late August 2014. I know the breeder so know thats a fact. Not yet measured or weighed as just bathed and settled. I'll have to do that over weekend.
They're not going in the critter cage but our baby pen that has higher heat and humidity. Just vacated by our 2014 Marginated hatchlings who have also grown well and smooth shelled. These babies will follow a similar care regime. I was the same as others who've posted and I'm impressed with their rapid growth.
Thanks for the very kind comments.

Pete ;)

Oh and here's a few pics of our hatchling Marginated.

New trio settled in new home and checked for health. Now being left alone to minimise stress while they adapt.

All measured and weighed.
1. 11cm and 329gm.
2. 11cm and 325gm.
3. 11.5cm and 386gm.

Hi Pete:

I've been paying attention to the faces on young sulcatas. I think your three DO have female faces...sweet female faces.

Well they look great. That is awfully big for that age, but physically possible. Have they been fed a lot of Mazuri?

Just FYI, 89, even if it was actually held at 89 for the whole time, will not produce 100% females. I have a male running around as proof. I'm just telling you this so you are not surprised if one or more turns out to be male. You should know by around 3-4 years of age.

Hi there Tom.
I'm hoping there's at least 1 female there but at their incubation temperature and condition they were too good to resist. At least the odds were increased. Yes they appeared to have free access to a commercial diet but I want to wean them onto a predominantly weed diet.
