Need Advise - Tortoise Shell is shedding is it right

My Tortoise is rescued one and it is doing good...

I have seen the Shell is shedding and See a new shell is evolving from inside is it normal or do u want me to take the tortoise to VET

Response is going to help me as I am newbie for the same

Please post pics of your tort and his enclosure asap. This will enable us to help you more.
