Can we cut tortoise nails?
My Little star nails are too long while cleaning him when I pick him up
He struggles and pokes his nails
I just wanted to ask if we can just trimmer it little

There is usually not a reason to cut tortoise nails. Can we see a pic?

Before trimming keep in mind that a vein/artery runs in their nails...you can trim it very little at a time...and after some days you can trim a bit more...
A good option other than trimming is you can place him on a rough surface..and friction will trim them naturally..

My mom trimmed his left leg....just a little...
i was in office....den mom explained me about it....
he seemed very scared when she trimmed a little
thank god she did'nt continue with other leg and claws
