My tortoise fell and hurt himself is he okay?!

My tortoise fell and hit his head and im worried he has really badly injured himself, from what i can see a piece of skin from the right top of his head has came of just a little bit and i can see a goey green thing where the skin was is he okay please help me asap i am so worried
