My Russian tortoise just peed something white

So my reznov was walking around the blankit he was in the tub for 10 minutes and so we were hand feeding him on the floor he pooped on the floor anr we laughed it off cleaned it up and then he peeed and out this

Those are urates. That is a concentrated form of urine and its normal. If its ever gritty or chunky, that can be a sign of dehydration.

How often are you soaking him?

Your substrate looks very sandy. Are you using sand in your substrate?

It's fine. Tortoises pass urates when they urinate or defecate. That's the white stuff you see. It's normal.

I'm using a soil and sand mix its like grinded up walnets or something i read it on reptail mag they say to use both and I soaked him a day ago I'm planing on doing it 3 times a week and misting his back every so offten

Sand is a serious impaction risk and possible skin and eye irritant. It should not be used.

Walnut shells are much too dry and cannot be safely kept damp. I would not use that either.

Best substrate for them is coco coir for babies or fine grade orchid bark for older ones.

Also, I don't know how often he's out of the enclosure and walking on blankets, but that practice is risky too. They are best left in their enclosures where it is designed for them and safe.

There is all sorts of old, out-dated, incorrect info out there on care for tortoises. I hope we can help you wade through it all.

Yea I was kinda thinking it was bad cuz I can't get the humidity up I'm going to switch it when I get paid
