All my redfoots are still rather small now, the biggest being 4.9in SCL.. I built this outdoor half cirlcle stone wall enclousure for them to live outside while it is warm... As they grow i will obviously expand and i have plenty of room... Their indoor tort table is in the process of design right now.. How big does anyone this a tortoise table has to be indoors for two redfoots?? Thanks.. Heres a pic of their outdoor house!

Hi jareeed2:

Welcome to the Tortoise Forum!!

May we know your name and where you are?

That's a pretty nice enclosure. The size will probably be good enough for a very long time, but you'll have to make the sides taller as they grow.

WELCOME!
My Red foot are in an 8ft by 4ft enclosure inside.
There are 3 sub adults but I may have to take the male out if he gets a little persistent with the girls.

I have loved turtles ever since i was young..
Im from a town out side of boston mass called Dracut..
My redfoots names are "Bonnie and Clyde"
They loved their outdoor enclousure this summer..
The height of the walls wernt a problem but hearing all of your advice i will probaly purchase another row of blocks come spring time..
I have planted tiger lillys, spider warts, tomatoe plants..(my moms) those r the only plants i kno the names of i just tale them from my moms garden..
Im starting to identify the sex i think of my redfoots well atleaste one of them..
Clyde had an hour glass waiste and a long tail, Bonnie is looking like a female but still could be to young to tell..
I would love to add one or two more to my small happy group.. Preferably cherry heads!!
Thanks again everyone.

Looks nice just get rid of tomatoes...the fruit is edible...the plant itself is toxic to torts and most other animals. The rose of Sharon is a great plan...torts like the leaves and flowers.

Good luck with your torts!
