Hi and welcome. You will need to tell us what conditions you are keeping him in, that is, size and type of enclosure, types of lights, temperatures, humidity level, substrate and diet. Pictures too if possible? Then the experts here will be better able to help! Thanks.

enclosure size is 100cm x 50cm x 50cm. The temperature is in the range of 30-34 Celsius and humidity is 60-70%. mostly I feed him hibiscus leaves and mulberry leaves

sorry I forgot to say that he just recovered from respiratory problems

Get humidity to 80%
Basking with incandescent flood bulb of 95-100F
Uvb with a tube florescent
Ceramic heat emitter for added day heat and night heat
Temp should not go below 80F
Soak him daily. Leopards don't usually have urates. Since 2011 with my first and another three after that and some babies,I have never seen urates with leopards
Do not use mercury vapor bulb, halogen bulbs, spot bulbs or cfl coil type bulbs.
Add more variety to its diet as much as possible but more than just a couple items

Feed him a bunch of varied weeds as well, he is a grazing tortoise. :)
