Can tortoises eat Moringa tree leaves and pods? It is all edible to humans so what about torts? What about Texas Lilac I know the seeds are used for making a tonic to help with menstraul cramps and chickens love to eat the seeds. Unsure though if tortoises can eat the seeds, flowers or leaves.

I feed both fresh and dried Moringa leaves. I tried some pods chopped up and they were eaten, but the local store that had them is not consistent about stocking them, I moved a bit away, and so don't use them regularly. But they are palatable anyways. I fed the pods to Forsten's tortoises (similar to Elongateds).
