Going to have to see her from a plastron (underside)photo. How big is this specimen? Looks rather large. Males Dont get near the size of females in any of the manouria. However they do take a many decades to fully mature.

Maybe one more photo to show the tail. Up side down and show the back end.

I not able to tell. What I learn from some of the experts here is to look at the tail.

This is a beautiful specimen. WOW! ! ! ! !

The animal in the post #1 appears to be female.
The animal in the post #7 appears to be male.
The male has a considerable under bite along with a hint of pinched rear costal (C4) scutes possibly indicating something is/was lacking in the nutrition/husbandry.

Hello everybody male Manouria has a problem has the jaw (prognathous) inferior

Of what think you of both animals? They are many manouria emys phayrei?

Yes, to me they both look phayreii.

.......Nothing is lacking from this tortoises diet. The"pinched" look is normal and is described in the original description of Manouria. It has a birth defect of the lower jaw. It is a male. Vic Morgan
