This morning my Hermann's tortoise Marvin was blowing some nose bubbles, and his nose was running. He appears to have only eaten one leaf today, and he didn't eat the bit of romaine lettuce that i put in. On Monday, the reptile specialist at the nearest vet will be in. My dad called, the vet clinic, and was given some numbers of places to go if the tortoise stops eating or doing anything.

I put a desk lamp over his enclosure to warm it up a bit more, and right now he is sleeping in a hide box near the basking light.

Yesterday he was eating and walking around like normal. I gave him a bath yesterday, which he didn't seem to like very much

Should I try to soak him today? I'm worried it might stress him out too much.

Yes soak with very warm water (92-94 degrees) put some canned carrots, yellow squash or pumpkin in the water too. Vitamin A will help boost the immune system and those vegetables offer high amounts of it. Also put his minimum temp around 80 should rid of it over a few weeks. Is his enclosure wet at all or just temp fluctuations from this time of year?

His enclosure is at 49% humidity right now, and I try to keep it at around 50.

There have been some temperature fluctuations. The nighttime temperature sometimes dipped to 63 degrees.

Is canned pumpkin pie filling ok?

Ummm I have never used the pie filling kind. I always use the natural just straight up kind. If it says just natural pumkin and no sugars or anything else is in it then it should work.
