Male or Female?

About 6 months ago I got a Russian tortoise. I was told that he or she was about 15 years old, but I believe that they got it from a pet store so it is probably closer to around 20. I was told that it is a male, but now looking at it closer I believe that she is female. I was wondering if anyone can clarify. I will attach pics. Although you cannot see it in the pics, she tends to keep her tail close to her body and to the side (like a male), where it about touches her leg.
