Trouble in paradise? Just like my daughter. Those tortoises just don't realize how good they have it. They won the tortoise lottery when they ended up with you!

I like the tortoises, the pitcher plant, and the grounds. Very nice.

That's a good one. I've caught mine doing something like that also but they were sitting butt to butt from each other.

Is it mounted to the same support for the stag horn/elkhorn fern? I cannot tell from the photo. Anyway, cool.

No, they are both in hanging baskets hooked to separate chains but suspended from the same limb of that big pecan tree. The staghorn is actually a few feet in front of the pitcher but for some reason depth perspective is lost in the photo...

:D this is the one season it feeds me as much or more than it feeds the tortoises.

Great picture! I love your yard! Clever keeping the pitcher and the staghorn in the shade of your tree! I did the same with my staghorn. I guess I have to buy a nepenthes now!
