Is this seed okay to use for my 15 month old African Sulcata? Thanks

I wouldn't use it, it has fertilizer in it.

I can't see the fertilizer that it contains. All plants need fertilizer we like to use the fertilizer that is used for fruits and vegetables.

I'm not sure I would. Seed mixes can also contain a lot of filler, and the fertilizer might not be too good for your tort.
