Is this pyramiding?

I was wondering is this is a early sign of pyramiding? Ziggy's shell has been like that since she was 3-4 months old.

Pyramiding and "healthy" are two different things. His shell looks good, but that doesn't mean he's healthy. It just means his shell grew smoothly. He might also be healthy, but looking at his shell would not tell us that.
