Try to get the humidity up to 80%. Cover the enclosure if needed. Take a look at the closed chamber thread.
The 34C could go a little higher for the basking temp only. The over all temp should be 80F day and night

Sorry, but the enclosure of your torts is boring.
Could you add some plants ( that they can eat ) or a fresh grasbuckle ?
A flat terracotta flower coaster is better for torts to get in and out as the thing that you use for water.

I think that you're substrate isn't the best for boosting the humidity up. Try maybe mixing some coco coir into the soil. It stays moist for longer. 34 deg C overall it's to high, you will cook you baby:(

Asparagus ferns tend to handle the heat well. You can get potted plants and leave them in their pots to put in there and just swap them out weekly. If you put their 37C basking spot on one end of their enclosure then hopefully the opposite corner I'll be 27c. If it's less than 27c move the light just a bit towards that end. Very pretty tortoise.

I would avoid plastic plants; if they manage to bite off a piece; it can become lodged in throat; impact bowel...keep it real....spider plant cuttings work good....I also use cactus pads; mine loves the new growth on top. Both easy to replace if destroyed or eaten. Make sure you get your spider plants from someone who has had them away from store for a few months or more ; as new ones are often sprayed with insecticides; and systemic fertilizers.
