My s&w .45 MP is my favorite pistol. But I've been thinking about trading it for my buds 1911.

I've had a 1911 . I did not like it . It was a colt not one of the old ones I wish . I didn't like the 8 rounds . Or how the hammer is set up . I would go shoot the 1911 a lot before that trade .

I love shooting my S&W MP .45!! One of the best purchases (outside of my animals) I have ever made. It can and has taken a beating and fires every time. S&W makes the best handguns, IMO. Congrats on the new toy.

Its a Wilson combat 1911. Dang fine gun. Just hesitant on trading my s&w cuz my wife knows the S&W and is good with it. I should really call it hers since I leave it with her and keep my Taurus .38 in my truck.
