I am sure your most likely over reacting. Those shells take a lot of abuse and I mean alot and still come back a ticking. Post us some pictures okay. Meantime, no blood? No smell? Just a crack that a blade of grass can fit in?

Oh his beak! Is his beak growing too long? Has it broken unevenly? We need pictures, but still am not thinking anything serious.

sounds kinda like when we get a piece of spinach stuck in between our teeth.....ewwww, did I get it and never speak of it again....LOL I bet all is good and it is perfectly alright to be neurotic, most of us are to some degree when it comes to our shelled friends...
