HELP!! Mazuri diet and growth

hello everyone my name is angel, this is my first post. i have bought Mazuri for my tortoise cannibal, he is 5 months or so old. i feed a variety of greens and zoo med grassland food . he recently refuses to eat the zoomed food. i have bought mazuri and seems to love it but i don't know how much a day i should give him also how much a week….i also have a problem with his growth he hasn't really grown since I've got him. I've talked to a breeder and she told me my tortoise should be around 5 in length but i he is still small…do i not feed him enough?? please help I'm a new be

What kind of tortoise do you have ? What are your four temperatures?

At first glance it looks like your enclosure is too small, temps too low, substrate too dry, no humid hide, and I don't recommend colored bulbs.

Here is one way to do it. Lately I just flip a $2 black dish washing pan upside down over damp substrate and cut a door hole out.
