Tort care seems to be 2 step forward and one step back. Last week Juno was showing 1/8" growth lines on a 4" shell and this week she seems to have developed a little cold. To remedy the snot bubbles Im lowering the humidity (twice a week i clean and water her substrate. Skipping the watering) and upping the temps a bit. Hope this helps and that I'm on the right track.

Normal basking temp 100F, hot side 80F, cool side 75F, night 70-75F and humidity 40-60...
Attempting to up all the temps by about 5 and keeping night temp the same as day temps and keeping the humidity around 40.

Yup, lowering the humidity (but not getting rid of it totally) and increasing all the time temps to 80-85 is good stuff.....also don't skip on the warm water soaks, hydration is essential when temps are bumped on continuous basis..just remember to towel wrap on the way from the warm water soak to the warm enclosure..no need chancing a chill....:D
