Foamy/bubbly stuff in water dish?

I have noticed a couple times when checking on my leopard hatchling that there is a kinda foamy looking, or almost bubbly blob floating in his water dish. Looks nothing like the "white stuff pooped out" i read in another thread.....what could this be and should i worry?

Also what can i do about him flipping over while trying to climb the walls of the habitat? Like he doesnt get on anything and fall off or anything, just literally tries to climb the walls, i have watched this. Only happened twice, but it worries me for when i am not home to right him

what goes in must come out....what are you feeding him.....some foods act as a laxative and can make some very different colored looking; and different consistency of stools.

Cactus
And yesterday he took a bite or two of a grape half
