Eyes and head looks big

Hi. I rescured baby greek tortoise . Now i notice his eyes and head bigger than others. His etes are close and do not eat. He pee staf that has no color . As far as i know white pee is normal. How i need to treat whith this baby. Plz help
Note. We do not have any vet around here who knows about tortoise .

Re-read the Greek care sheet that's pinned at the top of our Greek section. Set the baby up by himself in a small, hospital tank, with an overall temperature of 85F degrees. Soak him every day in warm water. It would also be helpful to add a few drops of liquid bird vitamins to the soaking water. The most important thing for this baby is heat and soaking.

I was told that 'white pee' is normal.
