Yes. I fully enclosed my primary pen because of a hawk scare.....They also roam the yard.

Those cement sections that make up your walls...Are they buried in the ground deeply?
I'd be concerned about the ground getting wet and loose in a rainstorm and either falling in or falling over.
Also, tortoises can plow very large items over....
As long as they are like 50% underground, I do like the way it looks!

They are deep in the ground AND have stakes reinforcing them. Very stable, I have

I want water turtles! Do they do ok with the hot weather?
The issue with outdoor water turtles is you either need a lot of water movement or a lot of shade as small outdoor pools get very hot.
My smallest pond is 280 gallons and has a water fountain return. It stays cool.
