I pulled up today under the carport, and the dogs ran to the gate, and then there came Percy pushing the dogs to the side so he could sit by the gate for me too.

My roommate didn't think he was there for me - thought maybe Percy just wanted some grass on the other side or something, so I proved it by walked past Percy to see what he would do.

He turned around as fast as he could and started hauling it towards me, the whole time looking up at me with his neck extended.

My tort knows me and wanted to see me!

He's gorgeous...and it's true! These guys get accustomed (maybe even excited) to see their extended 'family'...Mortimer and Aladar both do the same thing...I expect it from Mort, but I've only had Aladar a month...and he REALLY gets into it...my daughter thinks he's part Galap because he walks on 'tippy toes' with his neck extended fully with his head up high! It's a GREAT feeling isn't it?

BTW, if you know for a fact that he's male, change your signature to 1.0.0

I don't know for sure if he's a guy. I'm hoping for a penis show. I think he needs to grow a bit more...least that's what I'm telling myself.

It's not that I would have an issue with him being a her, it's just it would be hard to adjust, and I would have to pick a new name. Percy just fits!!!
