Changing Substrates

Does changing your torts substrate cause them to be stressed? I've been wanting to change my Russian's substrate to something other than coco coir, but he just got used to his new home with us. So I wouldn't want him to stop eating or become stressed again. Thanks!

No . If they look stressed for more than 1 day , then there's a problem with the new substrate.

They usually do fine. They might March around checking it out or act ticked off but they usually will get over it quickly.
