No I do not breed them. Try @allegraf or @cdmay. They bred all of the tortoises I have.

I'm certainly no expert but have also been leaning towards male.

This one is growing up very well.
I spoke with Allegra and we would consider offering this guy/gal to someone interested.

Did the plastron darken a bit? It seemed to be quite light
