Black spot on baby sulcata head

Hello All

I have a baby Sulcata ( about 2"). I have only had him for couple days and noticed a black spot on the top of his head. Can anyone tell me what it is? Should I be concerned?

My guess that it may be a green or maybe a fungi. Try soaking him and maybe see if you can wash it off if he isn’t too spooked. If it doesn’t come off I’m not so sure what it could possibly be.
