Best way to soak a tort

You could get a opaque tub about 6 inches high. Fill with warm water 95-100F (use a thermometer gun). Place under his normal basking area and let him soak. You can pour water over his shell as he's basking with a soup spoon. Water should be up to the side of his plastron border. Soak for 20-30 minutes daily if possible. I do it first thing in the morning when Charlie comes out of his hide. He stays longer in the bath during morning soaks vs afternoons or evenings.
