sulcatas have different sizes dependent on where in north African where they are from. the pictures i posted are sudanese sulcatas, males can get 250+ pounds! most sulcatas in the US have mixed up genes from the different parts in Africa.do they all get that big!

make sure you NEVER let your dogs alone with your sulcata! this is a burrowing species that makes 20ft+ long burrows under ground.i have 1 acre of land with 4 doggies 1 pure german shepherd the other 3 are german shepherd/ golden retriever mix
they can get 30 pound by 3 years old.i wont leave them alone but that will be years from now
