baby sulcata making like clicking sound

hello there i have a 5,6 or 8 months old baby sulcata, she is eating and peeing and pooping fine, but i have noticed that she does like a clicking sound, does anyone know what could it be?

Could be to do with breathing? I’ve heard it associated with Respiratory infections.. any other symptoms?
Can you video it?

well shes eating fine and peeing and pooping fine , i have read that it maybe regarding to the beak, only does it while she is sleeping, and stops doing it while sleeping dont know though.
