My guess would be a blockage. Keep soaking and make sure it's in a big container so s/he can move around a lot. Feed some watery foods like cucumber, romaine, water melon.

Will do, thanks! I’ve also sent the vet a couple cities away some pictures and videos. Hope I don’t have to pay for an X-ray…

Indoors. She pooped out a couple pebbles so far 😓 index finger for size reference

Well then, that's more than likely the problem. Feed her wet foods for a few days. . . watermelon, cucumber cactus, etc.
