Hi guys in my Torts enclosure he's had a tiny garden tortoise ornament in there for a few weeks recently he always goes to sleep with it like its a mate it's on its side in the picture and he's resting his head on it has anyone else tort done this ?

can't believe How much Henry has grown. My only regret is his shell because of the lack UV he was getting with the rotten bulbs. Least it's been corrected now so he should grow smooth from now on.

Guys can my tort have apple without the skin I'm reading conflicting things on the web some say yes in small bits as a treat. Some say definitely not at all HELP !!

My tortoise is very lazy and always has been since been a hatchling. On a morning I bath him and feed him. but on the odd day I don't bath him, which is very rare he doesn't venture out of his hide, he will happily just sleep. Anyone else find this problem ?

Does any of your torts like to be handled ? Mine loves it intact when I rub his head he opens his mouth and puts his foot on my hand he's very sociable.

My 4-1/2 year old Marg has never been hibernated, I got told told he never needed to be because he was going to be kept indoors and I was never going to breed. I got him when he was 12 weeks old, is this the case unless they live outside ?

Hi guys my temps at the moment are 32.9c under his lamp and 24.8c in the rest of the inclosure are these temps ok ? It's just Henry's recovering from soft shell and he's really improved want temps to be right as I've got a new lamp and 53% humidity
