Silly yellow foot (and owner not paying attention) I let roam the house while watching football. i get up and find him in the kitchen munching on purina cat chow for sensitive skin and stomach rice and hearing (the fish) mix. Will he be able to pass it fine or will by-products and fish be hard on his stomach?

How should I re-act/prepare : /

Please help, thank you.

there should be no problems with the fish they can eat it. the rice may be a problem but it won't cause any damage. not to beat a dead horse but no more house roaming please.

Yes. As DMMJ said, tortoises will eat many things that they will encounter in a home. Some can be very harmful.
On the other hand, some of us feed their Red and Yellowfoot cat food.

It will be ok. I occasionally offer my Yf tortoises moistened Purina One.

I have read that it is ok to offer a high quality - low fat cat food to red foots. Its a good source of animal protein for them but they can get to much and should only be offered it once a week.

I feed moist cat food every so often as a treat. My main concern would be if it was dry food, you might want to make sure he is extra hydrated since it will suck the liquid right out of him while he digests it.
