The close-up where you're showing the face makes the white spots just look like some sort of white substance stuck on the carapace. See if you can scrub it off with a tooth brush. If not, it might MIGHT be the start of shell rot.
For the mouth, all I see if the egg tooth. I'm not seeing anything wrong with the mouth.
I tried scrubbing it off it didn't work how do they get shell rot and how do I fix it :'( and his mouth looks kinda green to me that's y I asked the other one doesn't look green that's y I asked
Shell rot is from the substrate being wet or damp all the time and cool. Its a fungus that dsveloped over prolonged periods. So. Knowing that redfoots need a high humidity. The easiest way to elevate that is to spray the cage. But humidity isnt just water. Its a combination of heat and moisture. What are you conditions like in the enclosure? Do you just spray it down? Heat pads work great at drying the substrate and keeping warm. Let us know a little more so we can help. Its an easy fix with a little tweeking.
my substrate is coco fiber bedding and Cyprus mulch. i have a heat pad under the coco fiber in the center of the cage and the substrate never seemed wet so i hope thats not the problem but i might have just not noticed. my temps in the warmer side by the basking spot are in the low 90's and in the cooler side ranging between 78-84 or so. i spray it two times a day but there in a very humid room i run a humidifier all day for my iguana. if that is shell rot how do i get rid of it?
