What are these bugs and should I worry about them or just ignore them? There’s black ones (bigger), gray ones (medium) and white ones (smaller).

I notice them mostly around his food and water dishes. There are some live plants in his enclosure.

Trust me, you want these guys around because they eat detrius (decaying organic matter) in the enclosure. They are you own personal clean up crew.
