What’s the right temperature outside for a tortoise?

I have a Russian tortoise and I live in Alaska! He has a large indoor enclosure. I want to take him outside to eat dandelions here and there but it’s only 50-53 degrees F outside right now. Should I wait until June when it gets into the high 60s low 70s? What temperature is too cold for him? I would only have him out foraging for like 15-30 minutes at a time.

Depends on factors.. sunny, cloudy, windy. It can be 60 air temp.. but if its sunny the ground temps can be 80+
