Does anyone know what this fern-like plant is?
It's growing at about 9,000 feet above sea level in the Colorado Rockies.f1.jpg f2.jpg

Here is what my phone app said. Maybe research each of those and see which it is.

Thank you both.
I've heard Yarrow commonly grows here in the mountains, I just never ID'd it before.

It’s yarrow. Safe to feed in most opinions. My Russian enjoys grazing on it in summer.
TTT shows multiple forms of Yarrow, all as Do Not Feed.
Do you know why that is?

Many Thanks.

Supposedly it irritates the eyes.

The Tortoise Table is extremely conservative and I’ve not had trouble with it; other owners feed it, not just me.

That said, as a newish owner it’s perfectly fine to be cautious/overcautious. No need to feel if you don’t feel comfortable with it.
