I have no idea where they even got this turtle.

This is the primary reason why turtles under 4" are illegal. Stupid people buying things they did not reasearch, do not understand and neglecting will cause harm to the animal and everyone who comes in contact with the animal.

This really angeres me. They will not respond to my emails, perhaps someone else will have better luck.

Ok. Totally OT but what is a "Schipperke"?

A Schipperke is a small black dog with a complex. They are called LBD, Little Black Devils. Very smart, very bossy, very protective.
