Ive dealt with URI in a turtle I rehabed. I got Batril from the vet
Antibiotic's can only come from the vet.
It may have cost about 30$ for visit and meds. The Dr. was not familiar with reptiles. Wilma survived me giving her batril shots for 21 days . Ive now learned that the baytril should have been diluted because it really burns and makes turts uncomfortable, and 21 days was too much . I'm lucky she didnt die.
I've also had a spotted turtle come with an eye infection. I got the eye med from the vet and boosted her temps.
I really believe its important to go to a reptile vet and not to try to do it on your own. You can always go to a vet and let them know money is tight and that you want to learn how to help. I saved money by learning how to give shots so I didn't have to leave Wilma there.
Hope that answered your question:)

I had a tortoise with MBD, and URI, and we got Batril and antibiotics for the tortoise.

You should go to a reptile specialist vet, not a basic animal vet as reptiles and amphibians are specialised animals, and when ill they need alot fo medication, time for healing and recovering.

Apparently, you can buy Batril from a local Chemist..

Worth pointing out here that some species of torts have been known to react badly to Baytril, its also been know to cause slow growth rates.
