Just an update on my Russian tortoise George!!!
Indoor Enclosure:
31.25 square feet
L shaped
At least 8 climbing/hiding
Substrate coco coir 4-7in deep
Temps:
Basking: 100-107
Warm side: 85-99
Middle: 80-85
Cool side: 75-80
Humidity: anywhere from 30-60
Outdoor enclosure:
Got George in winter so have not needed one yet, one will be built approximately 10 by 10 feet
Diet:
I got George in winter so no weeds have been present, diet will be composed primarily of weeds in 1 month
50% endive, escarole
25% radicchio, dandelion greens (from store), mustard greens collard greens etc.
25% misc: zoomed grassland tortoise diet, plants/ flowers etc.
If there are any questions about setup just ask, now here are some pictures of him, (I have a cute video of him yawning but it says it doesn't have an extension)
