So my sulcata takes normal poops that are brown but today while she had her play time she's let out a lot of white matter. About 3 times today. I'm worried.

And now she is in the process of a poo that I think has the orchard hay I feed her but it doesn't seem to be digested... Should I soak the hay I feed her or cut it smaller? I just started feeding it to her so I haven't seen her poop like this before.
I'm a new Russian tortoise owner, I've only had him for a few weeks. He had the urates at first. Ive soaked him for 20 minutes twice a week in warm water. I haven't seen any since. Sorry I'm a novice tort owner I don't think soaking food would help much..
