Tortoise skin issue

Hi I have an 8yr old herman who appears to have a scale lifted on the side of her face near her mouth, no idea how this has happened worried she may catch it x

It will probably bo ok. If it does happen to come off and start to bleed, just dab it with a bit of flour. That should stop the bleeding. Then you can put a bit of antibiotic ointment on it.
